Buyer Value Option
OneSource Relocation’s Buyer Value Option (BVO) Program provides an alternative home disposition program for companies searching for a means to reduce gross-up expenditures. OneSource Relocation provides complete management of the home selling process, beginning with a structured Marketing Assistance Program and continuing through to closing. This approach creates a separate transaction that is treated more favorably as an operating expense instead of employee reimbursement.
The BVO program best minimizes the financial risk for your company, while taking full advantage of potential tax benefits that reduce the need for gross-up payments. When the employee contracts with OneSource Relocation, we can directly fund their equity. Having early access to equity allows the employee to purchase a new home and reduces the need for temporary living.

Guaranteed Buyout Program

Amended Value Program
The Amended Value Program is an extension of the Guaranteed Offer Program. If a bona fide offer is received during the marketing period and/or prior to the employee’s acceptance of the Guaranteed Offer, the independent offer is used to “amend” or increase the employee’s Guaranteed Offer. Additionally, they may be eligible to receive an equity loan through our equity funding program. This accelerates the employee’s transition to their new job and the purchase of a new home.
