• OneSource offers real-time, web based access to comprehensive status, cost, and budgeting information via our secure internet site. This system allows our clients to initiate a transfer quickly and access on-line reports at any time. 
• Our expense management software is updated regularly with current tax rates. This benefits the user with real-time expense data.
• Our consultants update the file management system regularly, providing our clients with the most current status on each move.
• We have real-time mirroring of all data and systems that operate within our data center. Data is backed up locally and remotely each evening to provide rapid data recovery and system operations in the event of a disaster.
• OneSource takes privacy concerns very seriously. We do not store sensitive employee information including social security numbers, anywhere other than our secure data center. Paper copies of sensitive information are either blacked out or destroyed immediately upon usage. Our data is encrypted using the latest data encryption technology and our servers are password protected and reside behind the latest firewall and internet security software. All electronic access of employee data is tracked and logged.
